| Description | Chinnar, also known as isofregenedadiol, belongs to the class of organic compounds known as tetralins. These are polycyclic aromatic compounds containing a tetralin moiety, which consists of a benzene fused to a cyclohexane. (2s)-7-[(3s)-5-hydroxy-3-methylpentyl]-1,1,5,6-tetramethyl-3,4-dihydro-2h-naphthalen-2-ol was first documented in 2017 (PMID: 28551884). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Chinnar (PMID: 32968836). |
