DescriptionKaempferol 3-rhamnosyl-(1->4)-rhamnoside-7-rhamnoside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. Thus, kaempferol 3-rhamnosyl-(1->4)-rhamnoside-7-rhamnoside is considered to be a flavonoid. 3-{[(2s,3r,4s,5r,6s)-3,4-dihydroxy-6-methyl-5-{[(2s,3r,4r,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]oxy}-5-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-{[(2s,3r,4r,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}chromen-4-one is found in Cassinopsis madagascariensis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Kaempferol 3-rhamnosyl-(1->4)-rhamnoside-7-rhamnoside.
