These are phenolic compounds containing one anthocyanidin moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to a carbohydrate moiety at the C5-position. 7-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-5-{[(2s,3s,4s,5s,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-3-{[(2s,3s,4r,5r,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}-1λ⁴-chromen-1-ylium is found in Pisum sativum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 7-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-5-{[(2S,3S,4S,5S,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-3-{[(2S,3S,4R,5R,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}-1λ⁴-chromen-1-ylium.
