| Description | (2S)-3-[(1R,2S,3S,4R,5S)-2,4-dihydroxy-4-methyl-3,5-bis({[(2Z)-2-methylbut-2-enoyl]oxy})cyclohexyl]-1-[(2S)-3,3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl]but-3-en-2-yl (2Z)-2-methylbut-2-enoate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as sesquiterpenoids. These are terpenes with three consecutive isoprene units. (2s)-3-[(1r,2s,3s,4r,5s)-2,4-dihydroxy-4-methyl-3,5-bis({[(2z)-2-methylbut-2-enoyl]oxy})cyclohexyl]-1-[(2s)-3,3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl]but-3-en-2-yl (2z)-2-methylbut-2-enoate is found in Ligularia cymbulifera. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S)-3-[(1R,2S,3S,4R,5S)-2,4-dihydroxy-4-methyl-3,5-bis({[(2Z)-2-methylbut-2-enoyl]oxy})cyclohexyl]-1-[(2S)-3,3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl]but-3-en-2-yl (2Z)-2-methylbut-2-enoate. |
