These are diterpenoids with a structure based on a cembrane skeleton fused to a lactone ring (5- or 6-membered). (3ar,12r,15as)-6,10,14-trimethyl-3-methylidene-2-oxo-3ah,4h,5h,8h,9h,12h,13h,15ah-cyclotetradeca[b]furan-12-yl acetate is found in Clavularia koellikeri. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (3aR,12R,15aS)-6,10,14-trimethyl-3-methylidene-2-oxo-2H,3H,3aH,4H,5H,8H,9H,12H,13H,15aH-cyclotetradeca[b]furan-12-yl acetate. |
