These are steroids carrying a beta-hydroxyl group at the 3-position of the steroid backbone. (1r,3ar,5r,5ar,7s,9ar,9bs,11ar)-9a,11a-dimethyl-1-[(2r,3e)-5-methylhex-3-en-2-yl]-1h,2h,3h,3ah,5h,6h,7h,8h,9h,9bh,10h,11h-cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-5,5a,7-triol is found in Acanthella cavernosa. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (22E)-24-Norcholesta-7,22-diene-3beta,5alpha,6beta-triol. |
