Description10-Dehydroxydihydrobotrydialone belongs to the class of organic compounds known as delta valerolactones. These are cyclic organic compounds containing an oxan-2- one moiety. (1r,4s,8r,9r,11s,12r)-12-hydroxy-2,2,4,9-tetramethyl-5-oxo-6-oxatricyclo[6.3.1.0⁴,¹²]dodecan-11-yl acetate is found in Botrytis cinerea. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 10-Dehydroxydihydrobotrydialone.
