| Description | Cleistetroside 5 belongs to the class of organic compounds known as oligosaccharides. These are carbohydrates made up of 3 to 10 monosaccharide units linked to each other through glycosidic bonds. (2s,3s,4s,5r,6s)-4-{[(2s,3r,4r,5s,6s)-3-(acetyloxy)-5-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-{[(2s,3r,4r,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]oxy}-6-{[(2s,3r,4s,5r,6r)-6-(dodecyloxy)-4,5-dihydroxy-2-methyloxan-3-yl]oxy}-5-hydroxy-2-methyloxan-3-yl acetate is found in Cleistopholis patens. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Cleistetroside 5. |
