The steroidal aglycone is usually a spirostane, furostane, spirosolane, solanidane, or curcubitacin derivative. 7,9,13-trimethyl-6-[3-({[3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}methyl)but-3-en-1-yl]-5-oxapentacyclo[10.8.0.0²,⁹.0⁴,⁸.0¹³,¹⁸]icosan-6,14,15,16,17,18,19,20-octol is found in Rohdea chinensis. 7,9,13-Trimethyl-6-[3-({[3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}methyl)but-3-en-1-yl]-5-oxapentacyclo[10.8.0.0²,⁹.0⁴,⁸.0¹³,¹⁸]Icosan-6,14,15,16,17,18,19,20-octol is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). |
