Description3-{[(2R)-3,3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl]methyl}-4-methoxy-1-methyl-1,2-dihydroquinolin-2-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as hydroquinolones. Hydroquinolones are compounds containing a hydrogenated quinoline bearing a ketone group. 3-{[(2r)-3,3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl]methyl}-4-methoxy-1-methylquinolin-2-one is found in Drummondita calida. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3-{[(2R)-3,3-dimethyloxiran-2-yl]methyl}-4-methoxy-1-methyl-1,2-dihydroquinolin-2-one.
