| Description | 5,7-Dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-[(2S,3R,4S,5S)-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]-4H-chromen-4-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid c-glycosides. Flavonoid C-glycosides are compounds containing a carbohydrate moiety which is C-glycosidically linked to the 2-phenylchromen-4-one flavonoid backbone. 5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-[(2s,3r,4s,5s)-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]chromen-4-one is found in Elegia microcarpa. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-[(2S,3R,4S,5S)-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]-4H-chromen-4-one. |
