These are sesquiterpenoids having the germacrane skeleton, with a structure characterized by a cyclodecane ring substituted with an isopropyl and two methyl groups. (1s,2r,3e,5s,8e)-5-isopropyl-2,8-dimethylcyclodeca-3,8-diene-1,2-diol is found in Pallenis spinosa. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,3E,5S,8E)-2,8-dimethyl-5-(propan-2-yl)cyclodeca-3,8-diene-1,2-diol. |
