Exo-5,6-Dimethylbicyclohept-5-en-2-ol is a constituent of the oil of East Indian sandalwood (Santalum album). 5,6-dimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-ol is found in Santalum album. Exo-5,6-Dimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]Hept-5-en-2-ol is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). |
