| Description | Mosesin 5 belongs to the class of organic compounds known as steroidal glycosides. These are sterol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically linked to the steroid skeleton. (2r,6r)-6-[(1r,3as,3br,4r,7r,9ar,9bs,11s,11ar)-7,11-dihydroxy-9a,11a-dimethyl-4-{[(2r,3r,4s,5r,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-1h,2h,3h,3ah,3bh,4h,5h,7h,8h,9h,9bh,10h,11h-cyclopenta[a]phenanthren-1-yl]-2-methylheptyl acetate is found in Pardachirus marmoratus. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Mosesin 5. |
