| Description | (2R,3S)-3-[3,5-Dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl]-2-[2,6-dimethoxy-4-[3-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-1-propenyl]phenyloxy]propane-1,3-diol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as lignan glycosides. These are aromatic polycyclic compounds containing a carbohydrate component glycosidically linked to a lignan moiety. They include 1-aryltetralin lactones. (2r,3r,4s,5s,6r)-2-{[(2e)-3-(4-{[(1s,2r)-1,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-2-yl]oxy}-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol is found in Syringa pubescens. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3S)-3-[3,5-Dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl]-2-[2,6-dimethoxy-4-[3-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-1-propenyl]phenyloxy]propane-1,3-diol. |
