These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. 7-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3-{[(2r,3s,4s,5r)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-4,5-dihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-5-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-6-[(2s,3r,4s,5s)-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]chromen-4-one is found in Cerastium arvense. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 7-{[(2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3-{[(2R,3S,4S,5R)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-4,5-dihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-5-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-6-[(2S,3R,4S,5S)-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]-4H-chromen-4-one. |
