| Description | Sophoraflavanone H belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 2-arylbenzofuran flavonoids. These are phenylpropanoids containing the 2-phenylbenzofuran moiety. 2-[(2r,3r)-3-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl]-5,7-dihydroxy-8-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzopyran-4-one is found in Sophora davidii and Sophora stenophylla. 2-[(2r,3r)-3-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl]-5,7-dihydroxy-8-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzopyran-4-one was first documented in 2020 (PMID: 32324417). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Sophoraflavanone H. |
