DescriptionSenediol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzoic acid esters. These are ester derivatives of benzoic acid. [(1s,2r,5r,6s)-5,6-bis(acetyloxy)-1,2-dihydroxycyclohex-3-en-1-yl]methyl benzoate is found in Monanthotaxis congoensis and Piper ribesioides. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Senediol.
