These are monoterpenoids containing 1 ring in the isoprene chain. (2r)-2-hydroxy-2,4-dimethyl-5-[(2z,4s,6s,8s)-4,6,8-trimethylundec-2-en-2-yl]furan-3-one is found in Siphonaria capensis and Siphonaria pectinata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R)-2-hydroxy-2,4-dimethyl-5-[(2Z,4S,6S,8S)-4,6,8-trimethylundec-2-en-2-yl]-2,3-dihydrofuran-3-one. |
