Common Name5,6-dihydroxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-({[(2r,3r,4r,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}methyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}chromen-4-one
DescriptionScutellarein 4'-methyl ether 7-rutinoside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. Thus, scutellarein 4'-methyl ether 7-rutinoside is considered to be a flavonoid. 5,6-dihydroxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-({[(2r,3r,4r,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyloxan-2-yl]oxy}methyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}chromen-4-one is found in Teucrium parvifolium. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Scutellarein 4'-methyl ether 7-rutinoside.
