These are terpenes with three consecutive isoprene units. 3-(5-ethyl-3-hydroxy-6-methylheptan-2-yl)-3a,5b-dimethyl-dodecahydro-1h-cyclopenta[a]fluorene-8,9a-diol is found in Taiwania cryptomerioides. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3-(5-ethyl-3-hydroxy-6-methylheptan-2-yl)-3a,5b-dimethyl-hexadecahydrocyclopenta[a]fluorene-8,9a-diol. |
