Description16,17-Didehydro-iso-migrostatin belongs to the class of organic compounds known as macrolides and analogues. These are organic compounds containing a lactone ring of at least twelve members. 6-hydroxy-4-[(2e,5s,6e)-7-[(2r,3s,4s,5s,6e,10e)-4-hydroxy-5-methoxy-3-methyl-12-oxo-1-oxacyclododeca-6,10-dien-2-yl]-5-methyl-4-oxoocta-2,6-dien-1-yl]-4,5-dihydro-3h-pyridin-2-one is found in Streptomyces platensis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 16,17-Didehydro-iso-migrostatin.
