These are organic heterocyclic compounds containing a pyran ring fused to a chromene (1-benzopyran) moiety. 2-(hydroxymethyl)-5-methoxy-8,8-dimethyl-9h,10h-pyrano[2,3-h]chromen-4-one is found in Harrisonia perforata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 4-(hydroxymethyl)-8-methoxy-12,12-dimethyl-3,11-dioxatricyclo[8.4.0.0²,⁷]Tetradeca-1,4,7,9-tetraen-6-one. |
