| Description | (2R)-2-[2,4-Dihydroxy-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)phenyl]-5-hydroxy-10-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-8,8-dimethyl-2H,8H-benzo[1,2-b:5,4-B']dipyran-4(3H)-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 8-prenylated flavanones. These are flavanones that features a C5-isoprenoid substituent at the 8-position. (2r)-2-[2,4-dihydroxy-5-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)phenyl]-5-hydroxy-8,8-dimethyl-10-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-2h,3h-pyrano[3,2-g]chromen-4-one is found in Flemingia prostrata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R)-2-[2,4-Dihydroxy-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)phenyl]-5-hydroxy-10-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-8,8-dimethyl-2H,8H-benzo[1,2-b:5,4-B']dipyran-4(3H)-one. |
