These are sterol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically linked to the steroid skeleton. (1r,2s,3as,3br,5as,9as,9bs,11ar)-9a-formyl-3a-hydroxy-11a-methyl-1-(6-oxopyran-3-yl)-5a-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-1h,2h,3h,3bh,4h,5h,8h,9h,9bh,10h,11h-cyclopenta[a]phenanthren-2-yl acetate is found in Drimia maritima. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2S,7S,10R,11S,13S,14S,15R)-2-formyl-11-hydroxy-15-methyl-14-(2-oxo-2H-pyran-5-yl)-7-{[(2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}tetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadec-5-en-13-yl acetate. |
