| Description | (2S,3R,4R,5R,6S)-2-{4-[(1S,2R)-1,3-dihydroxy-2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-6-methyloxane-3,4,5-triol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as lignan glycosides. These are aromatic polycyclic compounds containing a carbohydrate component glycosidically linked to a lignan moiety. They include 1-aryltetralin lactones. (-)-Nymphaeoside A is found in Nymphaea odorata . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,3R,4R,5R,6S)-2-{4-[(1S,2R)-1,3-dihydroxy-2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-6-methyloxane-3,4,5-triol. |
