Hydroxysteroids are compounds containing an steroid backbone, with at least one hydrogen substituted by a hydroxyl group. (+)-Rosamultic acid is found in Rosa multiflora . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,5R,6R,9R,10S,14S,15R,16R,19S)-15-hydroxy-6,8-bis(hydroxymethyl)-1,2,6,9,15,16-hexamethylpentacyclo[11.8.0.0²,¹⁰.0⁵,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁹]Henicosa-7,12-diene-19-carboxylic acid.
