Description(1S,2R,4aR,5R)-5-isothiocyanato-2,5-dimethyl-8-(propan-2-yl)-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7-octahydronaphthalene-1,2-diol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as sesquiterpenoids. These are terpenes with three consecutive isoprene units. (+)-Axinisothiocyanate C is found in Axinyssa sp. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,4aR,5R)-5-isothiocyanato-2,5-dimethyl-8-(propan-2-yl)-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7-octahydronaphthalene-1,2-diol.
