These are sterol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically linked to the steroid skeleton. (-)-Volubiloside B is found in Dregea volubilis and Dregea volubilis L. . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,3R,4S,5R,6R)-2-{[(2R,3R,4S,5R,6S)-5-hydroxy-6-{[(2R,3R,4S,6S)-6-{[(2R,3S,4S,6R)-4-hydroxy-2-methyl-6-{[(1S,2R,5S,10R,11S,14S,15S,16S,17S)-11,16,17-trihydroxy-14-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-2,15-dimethyltetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadec-7-en-5-yl]oxy}oxan-3-yl]oxy}-4-methoxy-2-methyloxan-3-yl]oxy}-4-methoxy-2-methyloxan-3-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol. |
