Bostrycoidin is found in Arthonia cinnabarina, Coniocarpon cinnabarinum, Fusarium bostrycoides, Fusarium decemcellulare, Fusarium martii and Fusarium solani. Bostrycoidin is a moderately basic compound (based on its pKa).
