These are sterol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically linked to the steroid skeleton. (+)-Denin is found in Marsdenia roylei . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3R,4S,5R,6R)-2-{[(2S,3S,4S,5S,6R)-4,5-dihydroxy-2-methyl-6-{[(1S,2S,5S,7S,10R,11S,14S,15S,16S,17S)-11,16,17-trihydroxy-14-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-2,15-dimethyltetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadecan-5-yl]oxy}oxan-3-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol. |
