These are lignans with a structure characterized by the presence of a 1,4-dioxane bridge substituted by a phenyl group, and fused to a coumarin. 5-Chloropropacin is found in Mondia whitei . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3S)-6-chloro-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-methoxy-2-methyl-2H,3H,9H-[1,4]dioxino[2,3-h]chromen-9-one. |
