| Description | (1S,2R,3S,4R)-2-hydroxy-4-[(3S)-3-hydroxy-3-methylpent-4-en-1-yl]-3,4,8,8-tetramethyl-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydronaphthalen-1-yl acetate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as tertiary alcohols. Tertiary alcohols are compounds in which a hydroxy group, -OH, is attached to a saturated carbon atom R3COH (R not H ). (+)-Vitetrifolin E is found in Vitex trifolia and Vitex trifolia L . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,3S,4R)-2-hydroxy-4-[(3S)-3-hydroxy-3-methylpent-4-en-1-yl]-3,4,8,8-tetramethyl-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydronaphthalen-1-yl acetate. |
