These are sterol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically linked to the steroid skeleton. Verazinine is found in Veratrum maackii. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3R,4S,5S,6R)-2-{[(1S,2R,5S,10S,11S,14R,15R)-2,15-dimethyl-14-[(1S)-1-[(5S)-5-methyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridin-2-yl]ethyl]tetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadec-7-en-5-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol. |
