Merr, Corydalis yanhusuo, Fibraurea chloroleuca Miers, Legnephora moorei, Legnephora moorei Miers, Meiogyne virgata, Stephania glabra , Stephania glabra (Roxb.) Miers , Stephania intermedia H.S.Lo., Stephania officinarum, Stephania succinifera H.S.Lo, Stephania yunnanensis and Stephania yunnanensis H.S Lo. These are alkaloids with a structure based on a protoberberine moiety, which consists of a 5,6-dihydrodibenzene moiety fused to a quinolizinium and forming 5,6-Dihydrodibenzo(a,g)quinolizinium skeleton (4,10,11-trimethoxy-7,8-dihydro-3H-6λ⁵-azatetraphen-3-ylidene)oxidanium is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa).
