Description(?)-O-Methylpunjabine belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzylisoquinolines. These are organic compounds containing an isoquinoline to which a benzyl group is attached. O-Methylpunjabine is found in Anisocycla jollyana (Pierre) Diels, Pseudoxandra cuspidata and Stephania sasakii Hayata. O-Methylpunjabine was first documented in 2006 (PMID: 16902855). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (?)-O-Methylpunjabine.
