These are diterpenoids (compounds made of four consecutive isoprene units) that do not contain a cycle. (E,Z,Z,Z)-2-(9-Hydroxy-4,8-dimethyl-3,7-nonadienyl)-6-methyl-2,6-octadienedioic acid is found in Eremophila exilifolia. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2Z,6E)-7-[(3Z,7Z)-9-hydroxy-4,8-dimethylnona-3,7-dien-1-yl]-3-methylocta-2,6-dienedioic acid. |
