| Description | 7-Hydroxy-8-[(1E)-3-hydroxy-3-methylbut-1-en-1-yl]-5-methoxy-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-4-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 5-o-methylated flavonoids. These are flavonoids with methoxy groups attached to the C5 atom of the flavonoid backbone. (E)-7-Hydroxy-8-(3-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-butenyl)-5-methoxy-2-phenyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one is found in Tephrosia emoroides. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 7-hydroxy-8-[(1E)-3-hydroxy-3-methylbut-1-en-1-yl]-5-methoxy-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-4-one. |
