These are 2-deoxystreptamine aminoglycosides that are glycosidically linked to a pyranose of furanose unit at the C4- and C6-positions. Combimicin B2 is found in Micromonospora sp. K-6993. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,3R,4R,5S,6S)-6-{[(1R,2S,3R,4S,6S)-4,6-diamino-3-{[(2R,3S,6S)-3-amino-6-(aminomethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-2-hydroxycyclohexyl]oxy}-2-(hydroxymethyl)-3-methyl-4-(methylamino)oxane-3,5-diol. |
