Sphingofungin D is found in Aspergillus fumigatus ATCC 20857. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,3R,4R,5S,6E,14S)-2-(Acetylamino)-3,4,5,14-tetrahydroxy-6-icosenoic acid.
