These are phenolic compounds containing one anthocyanidin moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to a carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. Malvidin 3-O-[6-O-(4-O-(4-O-(6-O-(trans-caffeoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-trans-p-coumaroyl)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside] is found in Petunia integrifolia subsp. inflata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3-{[(2S,3R,4S,5R,6R)-6-({[(2R,3S,4S,5R,6S)-3,4-dihydroxy-6-methyl-5-{[(2E)-3-(4-{[(2S,3R,4S,5R,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-({[1-hydroxy-3-(3-hydroxy-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene)prop-1-en-1-yl]oxy}methyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}phenyl)prop-2-enoyl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]oxy}methyl)-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]oxy}-5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1λ⁴-chromen-1-ylium. |
