Description2',4',6'-Trimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxydihydrochalcone belongs to the class of organic compounds known as alkyl-phenylketones. These are aromatic compounds containing a ketone substituted by one alkyl group, and a phenyl group. Thus, 2',4',6'-trimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxydihydrochalcone is considered to be a flavonoid lipid molecule. 2',4',6'-Trimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxydihydrochalcone is found in Millettia leucantha. 2',4',6'-Trimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxydihydrochalcone is a very hydrophobic molecule, practically insoluble (in water), and relatively neutral.
