DescriptionPhellodensin f belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. Thus, phellodensin F is considered to be a flavonoid. 5,7,4'-Trihydroxy-8-C-prenylflavanone 7-glucoside is found in Phellodendron chinense and Phellodendron chinense var.glabriusculum . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Phellodensin f.
