Description | [(2S,3S,4S,5R,6S)-5-{[(2S,3S,4R)-3,4-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-6-{[2-(3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-5-hydroxy-4-oxo-4H-chromen-7-yl]oxy}-3,4-dihydroxyoxan-2-yl]methyl acetate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. 7-[(6-O-Acetyl-2-O-D-apio-beta-D-furanosyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-2-(3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-5-hydroxy-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one is found in Paullinia pinnata . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on [(2S,3S,4S,5R,6S)-5-{[(2S,3S,4R)-3,4-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-6-{[2-(3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-5-hydroxy-4-oxo-4H-chromen-7-yl]oxy}-3,4-dihydroxyoxan-2-yl]methyl acetate. |
