These are glycoside in which a sugar group is bonded through one carbon to another group via a O-glycosidic bond. Kingisid is found in Calycophyllum spruceanum , Lonicera alpigena, Lonicera japonica Thunb. and Lonicera morrowii. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on methyl (1S,4aS,8S,8aS)-8-methyl-6-oxo-1-{[(2R,3S,4R,5S,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-1H,4aH,5H,6H,8H,8aH-pyrano[3,4-c]pyran-4-carboxylate. |
