These are iridoid monoterpenes containing a glycosyl (usually a pyranosyl) moiety linked to the iridoid skeleton. Campenoside is found in Campsis chinensis and Campsis grandiflora. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,4aS,6S,7R,7aS)-4-formyl-7-methyl-1-{[(2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-1H,4aH,5H,6H,7H,7aH-cyclopenta[c]pyran-6-yl (2E)-3-phenylprop-2-enoate. |
