DescriptionCatechin 5,3'-di-o-gallate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as catechin gallates. These are organic compounds containing a gallate moiety glycosidically linked to a catechin. Catechin 5,3'-di-O-gallate is found in Acacia gerrardii , Acacia nilotica and Vachellia nilotica. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Catechin 5,3'-di-o-gallate.
