| Description | (2R,3S)-3-{[(2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4-{[(2S,3S,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]oxy}-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-4-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. Huangqioside E is found in Engelhardtia chrysolepis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R,3S)-3-{[(2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4-{[(2S,3S,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]oxy}-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-4-one. |
