These are organic compounds containing a glucosinolate moiety that carries an alkyl chain. 8-(Methylsulfonyl)octyl glucosinolate is found in Arabis turrita, Heliophila amplexicaulis and Sinapis arvensis . Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on {[(Z)-(9-methanesulfonyl-1-{[(2R,3R,4R,5R,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]sulfanyl}nonylidene)amino]oxy}sulfonic acid.
