These are phenolic compounds containing one anthocyanidin moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to a carbohydrate moiety at the C5-position. Rosinin is found in Primula clarkei and Primula rosea. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on {[(2S,3S,4S,5R,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-{[7-methoxy-2-(3-methoxy-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene)-3-{[(2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-2H-chromen-5-yl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]methyl}oxidanium. |
